Brain Games is a playful, hands-on camp for kids ages 7–11 who love to think, tinker, and solve problems. Through logic puzzles, strategy games, brain teasers, and collaborative challenges, campers will stretch their thinking skills while having a whole lot of fun.
Throughout the week, campers will be introduced to the fundamentals of checkers and chess, learning strategy, pattern recognition, planning ahead, and good sportsmanship. We’ll also explore algorithms through hands-on problem solving, including step-by-step methods for solving the Rubik’s Cube, helping kids understand how breaking big problems into smaller steps leads to success.
Each day invites kids to experiment, test ideas, try again, and learn that mistakes are part of the process. Activities are designed to build critical thinking, flexibility, focus, and perseverance without feeling like school. Challenges are open-ended and often collaborative, encouraging communication, teamwork, and creative approaches to problem-solving.
