Refund & Return Policy

30-day hassle-free returns for U.S. customers

We truly hope you and your children love the products we carry, but understand that cannot always be the case.  You can return or exchange eligible items purchased on Marley & Moose for a refund or store credit for any reason, so long as you get in touch with our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Fill out our return and exchange form below to initiate your request.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear. A customer who requests a used or worn item back is responsible for return shipping.

We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.

Marley & Moose does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase, no exceptions.  The amount refunded will be equal to the original amount actually charged to the card.

If the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the $75 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the receipt of returned merchandise.  The clock starts when the merchandise is received, not when the form is filled out.

Shipping

If your item was damaged or you were sent the incorrect item, please indicate below as soon as possible or send us an email.  Marley & Moose will provide instructions and cover the cost of shipping.

For returns unrelated to damaged or incorrect items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
