We hope you and your children love everything from Marley & Moose—but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order or making an in-store purchase.
To start a return, email hello@marleyandmoose.com within 30 days. Once you receive your return label or instructions, the item must be postmarked within 7 days. Returns requested after 30 days, or shipped more than 7 days after receiving the label, will not be accepted.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for refund or exchange. If you’d like a used or worn item returned to you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested or the item was a gift. Refunds are issued for the item value minus the original shipping costs.
If your return causes the original order subtotal to fall below the $99 free shipping threshold, standard shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
We process returns promptly, but it may take 7–10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at hello@marleyandmoose.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include a description and photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Shipping Issues
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Marley & Moose is not responsible for loss or theft. However, if something goes wrong, reach out—we’re happy to help track it down.

What ages are classes for?
All of our class descriptions will outline the ages that class is built for. Please message us for any special considerations or accomodations.
Where do I register?
All of our paid classes, camps, and workshops require regisration through our class booking site classpass.marleyandmoose.com
What should my child wear?
Please wear cozy clothes you don't mind getting a bit messy. All of our art & science materials are washable, but can be messy!
What happens if a class is full?
Online booking will allow you to join the waitlist. We will reach out via email and phone if a waitlist space becomes available.
Can siblings join?
Siblings under 12 months are welcome to join classes for FREE. Older siblings can join summer programs with prior permission.
Can we bring snacks?
We welcome you to enjoy snacks before or after class on the patio for our 1-5 year old programs. We do not allow snacks in the indoor studio for these programs.
Summer camp and afterchool programs will have clear snack guidelines shared in your welcome communication.
