Refund & Return Policy

30-day hassle-free returns for U.S. customers

We truly hope you and your children love the products we carry, but understand that cannot always be the case.  You can return or exchange eligible items purchased at Marley & Moose for a full refund minus the original shipping cost to the purchase card or for store credit for any reason, so long as you get in touch with our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order or making an in-person purchase. Email hello@marleyandmoose.com to initiate an online return.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear. A customer who requests a used or worn item back is responsible for the return shipping.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for further discount or promotion, refund or return.

Shipping Issues

Marley & Moose cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but please do let us know so we can help support you to track down your order. 

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase unless a store credit is requested or if the item was a gift.  The amount refunded will be equal to the original amount charged to the card minus shipping charges.

If the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the $75 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will process your refund as quickly as possible on our end but the bank process may take 7-10 days to show the credit on your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you were sent the incorrect item, please reach out as soon as possible (and no more than 72 hours after it is received) with pictures and details to hello@marleyandmoose.com.
